Our Business Policy

SPA POLICIES & CLIENT INFORMATION

Please review these policies before booking an appointment or making a purchase. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or using an Internal Beauties gift card or promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies below.

CANCELLATIONS, SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
• A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes.

• Same-day cancellations will result in 100% of the service payment being surrendered.

• No-shows will result in 100% of the service payment being surrendered.

• Payments surrendered due to same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• A 48-hour notice is required to qualify for a courtesy reschedule.

GROUPON VOUCHER POLICY
• Clients using a Groupon voucher are held to the same cancellation and no-show policy.

• If you no-show or cancel the same day, your Groupon voucher will be redeemed.

• Once redeemed due to a no-show or same-day cancellation, the voucher cannot be reused or transferred to a new appointment.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

• One courtesy reschedule is allowed when a minimum 48-hour notice is provided.

• Courtesy reschedules are based on availability.

• Same-day reschedule requests are treated as same-day cancellations and will result in 100% of the payment being surrendered.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

• Arrivals 15 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day.

• If the appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, the original payment may be surrendered and a new appointment/payment may be required.

CONSULTATION POLICY

All appointments at Internal Beauties require a consultation. A $30 consultation fee is required and is separate from the cost of any service or treatment.

The consultation allows us to discuss your goals, review the service you are interested in, identify potential contraindications, answer questions, and determine whether the requested service is appropriate for you.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the consultation. A consultation does not guarantee that a particular service will be appropriate for every client.

Internal Beauties reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service when necessary for client safety.

RESULTS & WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
Internal Beauties provides non-invasive body contouring and wellness services. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, and client experiences represent individual results and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a specific outcome. Internal Beauties services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

CLIENT SAFETY

Client safety is a priority at Internal Beauties.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding any factors that may affect their ability to safely receive a service.

Internal Beauties reserves the right to postpone, modify, discontinue, or decline a service when appropriate for client safety.

If you are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, please consult with an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before receiving treatment.

SERVICE & PACKAGE PURCHASES

Completed services are non-refundable. Prepaid packages and promotional offers are subject to the cancellation, rescheduling, expiration, and redemption terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Packages are intended for the original purchaser unless otherwise stated.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT POLICY
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used body-care, wellness, compression, and personal-care products are final sale. Any damaged or incorrect item should be reported promptly after receipt so Internal Beauties can review the issue.

SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP

Eligible Internal Beauties products may be available for local pickup or shipping.

Shipping and processing times may vary depending on product availability, destination, holidays, and carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Internal Beauties is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICIES
Digital journals, planners, guides, eBooks, courses, downloads, and other digital products are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided because they cannot be physically returned.

GIFT CARE POLICY
Internal Beauties gift cards may be applied toward eligible services and products according to the terms provided at purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Internal Beauties gift cards do not expire.

PRICING, SPECIALS & PROMOTIONS

Prices for services, products, packages, memberships, and other offerings are subject to change.

Internal Beauties reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, products, pricing, packages, or promotions.

Promotional offers, coupons, discounts, and specials cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Promotional offers may have their own eligibility requirements, redemption periods, or additional terms. Please review the terms of an offer before purchasing.

SOCIAL MEDIA, PHOTOS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Before-and-after photographs, testimonials, stock images, reviews, social-media content, and other examples displayed by Internal Beauties are provided for informational and promotional purposes.

Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Client testimonials reflect individual experiences and opinions and should not be interpreted as guarantees of results.

BOOKING & CONTACT INFORMATION

Please provide a valid telephone number and email address when booking so you can receive appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, and other important information related to your appointment.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their appointment information and contacting Internal Beauties if they do not receive an expected booking confirmation.
