Consultation is required to be scheduled prior to receiving any services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in 100% of the service payment being surrendered. Payments surrendered due to same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Groupon Voucher Policy Clients using a Groupon voucher are held to the same policy. If you no-show or cancel the same day, your Groupon voucher will be redeemed and cannot be reused or transferred to a new appointment. Rescheduling Policy One courtesy reschedule is allowed when a minimum 48-hour notice is provided. Courtesy reschedules are based on availability. Late Arrival Policy Arrivals 15 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day.
