Service Description
Choose this option if you want professional guidance before selecting a body contouring or wellness service. During this 15-minute consultation, we will review your goals, treatment area, relevant health and safety considerations, and the Internal Beauties services or packages that may best fit your needs. Consultations may be completed in person or virtually. No body contouring treatment is included in this appointment. Please note: The $30 consultation is a separate fee and is required before your first appointment. Returning clients do not need a new consultation for every visit. If you book the IB New Client Transformation, your consultation is already included in that experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in 100% of the service payment being surrendered. Payments surrendered due to same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Groupon Voucher Policy Clients using a Groupon voucher are held to the same policy. If you no-show or cancel the same day, your Groupon voucher will be redeemed and cannot be reused or transferred to a new appointment. Rescheduling Policy One courtesy reschedule is allowed when a minimum 48-hour notice is provided. Courtesy reschedules are based on availability. Late Arrival Policy Arrivals 15 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day.
