Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows 48-Hour Notice: Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, but before the scheduled appointment date, incur a $50 cancellation fee. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled on the appointment date or missed without notice incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. Payments retained for same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. Groupon Voucher Policy: For same-day cancellations or no-shows, your Groupon voucher will be redeemed and cannot be reused or transferred to a new appointment. Rescheduling Policy: One courtesy reschedule may be permitted within the same week with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Late Arrival Policy: Arrivals 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.
