Cancellation Policy

Please review before booking your appointment: A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. If canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. Rescheduling A one-time courtesy reschedule is allowed within the same week of your original appointment. 24-hour notice is required. If not provided, the reschedule will be voided. Late Arrival 10 minutes late = $10 late fee 20 minutes late = $50 late fee and appointment must be rescheduled. Sessions may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.
